Under Florida Law, the government is required to pay your reasonable attorneys

fees in most circumstances. With the Bailey Law Firm, PLLC, we do not

charge owners for any of our fees or costs so long as the owner does not prevent

us from demanding our reasonable fees and costs from the government.

GENERAL LEGAL MATTERS:

Initial consultation is free. Upon representation a fee agreement will outline the

obligation for fees and costs.
